About Me
Hi! My name is Emily and I'm a Boston-based freelance journalist. Previously, I was a news reporter at Essex Media Group in Lynn, Massachusetts. I wrote for EMG's many publications such as The Daily Item and Marblehead Weekly News. I graduated from Boston University with my degree in journalism in May 2022. Before graduating I was features editor for The Daily Free Press, a senior reporter at The Daily Free Press, and a staff writer for BU News Service.
